He is an Emmy Award winning visual story teller in the fields of cinema, photography, and photojournalism. He holds a BA in Cinema and Photography from Southern Illinois University (SIU). While at SIU, he was employed as a photojournalist for SIU’s student news organization, Daily Egyptian. He has also worked with organizations such as Rolling Stone and TEDx. Has over three years working in the media production field and video marketing. Currently, Jared is working and producing films in the central Illinois area.
